The extraction is done through an horizontal well system manufactured with high density polyethylene (HDPE). Each well has 8 meters of maximum depth and are 350 meters long and they are integrated in two groups of four wells; each group has a modulator that allows a major volume extraction and a better quality gas than those with traditional technologies.

The modulators, as well, are united to a main feeder, through which the gas is conducted to the high efficiency burner that eliminates 98% of greenhouse effect gases that are produced by the landfill.

The burning process has a high efficiency gauge and certified by the United Nations, guaranteeing the recognition of greenhouse effect gases emission reduction.

Through a cleaning process, the biogas is turned to fuel which is used to generate electric power with four Caterpillar model G3520C electric power generators distributed by MAQSA.

These generators are synchronized with the electric line of the Federal Electricity Comission through a parallel system using modern Caterpillar electronic and computer technologies (IsoPowerLynx).
